Shipping Policy
All local delivery orders are delivered within 7–10 working days.
All international delivery orders are delivered within 10–20 working days, depending on the destination.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation, subject to size availability and stock status.
Orders that require stitching will take an additional 7 working days on top of the standard delivery timeline.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible; however, delivery timelines may vary due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances.
In some cases, payment verification may be required before processing an order. Customers may be asked to share payment confirmation screenshots at sales@muraadretail or +92 300 500 4646 to ensure order security and protect both parties.
